We aim to deliver your products as efficiently and sustainably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing and delivery.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During busy periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may take a little longer.
2. SHIPPING TIMES & RATES
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

3. NO TRACKING INFORMATION
To keep shipping affordable and environmentally friendly, our standard shipping option does not include tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to provide live delivery updates.
4. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
Because untracked mail does not include delivery confirmation, GentleRoot cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the postal service.
If your package hasn’t arrived after:

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
GentleRoot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize you’ve made an error, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
6. ECO-FRIENDLY PACKAGING
We care about the planet. All GentleRoot orders are shipped in minimal, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging to reduce waste and environmental impact.
